"We have been using PlanMyLeave since March 2014 after being with another provider. We are a small accounting firm in New Zealand and originally had paper based system for leave. We found this difficult for the team and ourselves to keep track on who was on leave etc., especially when anyone in the team was wanting to apply for leave. Our first customer from Turkey approached us with a request - he wanted the interface to be selected by the end user - Turkish or English. Government regulations stipulate that employees should be aware of their leave rules and language should not be a barrier in knowing them. We implemented a framework whereby we can add a new language with the translation and have it operational in a few days. We have also made settings for creating email templates with mail merge fields using which you can customize the emails sent to your staff in for different locations.
